SHIPPING POLICY
Free Local Pickup (Waxahachie, TX) We offer free local pickup at our store located at: 250 Brookbend Dr, Waxahachie, Texas 75165
- Same-day pickup is available for most orders placed before 2:00 PM (Tuesday – Saturday).
- You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
- Please bring your order confirmation (email or screenshot) when you arrive.
- Store hours for pickup: Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Standard Shipping We ship to all addresses in the United States.
- Flat rate shipping: $9.99 per order
- Free Shipping: Orders over $150 automatically qualify for free standard shipping
Processing & Transit Times
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days (depending on your location).
- These are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.
Shipping Carriers We primarily use USPS and UPS. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Important Notes
- Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is handed over to the carrier.
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they leave our facility.
- If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
- Heavy or bulky items (hoodies, large vinyl rolls, etc.) may incur additional shipping charges that will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
