SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We offer Free Local Pickup at our Waxahachie, Texas store and standard shipping. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the products are transferred to the carrier.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on the Services (trademarks, text, images, graphics, etc.) is owned by Transfer Tribe or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Transfer Tribe is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly between you and Transfer Tribe. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchases.
